Afternoon Tea at Nailcote Hall Warwickshire

This well-known British tradition became hugely popular and during the 1800s and has been a popular ceremony ever since. Originally it was women of nobility and upper-class standing who would change into formal gowns, gloves and hats and take their tea in a specialist drawing room during the afternoon - hence the term afternoon tea.

Our afternoon tea includes a delicious selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted cream and jam, scrumptious homemade cakes and delicate “melt-in-your-mouth” macaroons – all complemented by your choice of the finest blends of tea, or coffee if you prefer.

Served daily, Afternoon Tea in the beautiful surroundings of the Oak Room Restaurant at Nailcote Hall, is British tradition at its very best! The hotel is easy to get to from Warwickshire, Birmingham, Solihull & Coventry, with close ties to the M6, M42, Birmingham Interntional Train Station & Airport.
